Cute Scented Rice Heat Therapy Bags

 I made several of these rice heat therapy sacks to include in gifts last year.  This is a picture before they were filled.  They have a removable, washable cover and are perfect for sore muscles or to just stick under your covers to heat your bed before you hop in on cold nights.  I'm sure husbands would appreciate these as well so their wives stop sticking their cold feet on them to warm up like I do!  They are super easy to make and can be made out of scrap fabric which seems to be just my kind of project!  You can find the tutorial here on Sew Mama Sew.
